Q: What do I need to bring for notarization?  

A valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID) and any documents that need notarization.  

Q: Do you offer mobile notary services?

Yes! I provide mobile notary services for clients who prefer to meet at their home, office, or a public location.  

Q: Can I get a document notarized online?

Yes! With Remote Online Notarization (RON), I can notarize your documents online, no matter where you are in the U.S. or internationally.

Q: How does remote notarization work?

You’ll upload your document to a secure, state-approved platform. I’ll verify your identity, witness your signature, and notarize the document electronically.

Q: What is an apostille, and do I need one?

An apostille is an official certification required for documents used in foreign countries. I handle apostille processing for birth certificates, marriage licenses, power of attorney, corporate documents, and more.

Q: What is document certification?

Document certification verifies that a copy of a document is true and accurate. This is commonly needed for passports, diplomas, and legal records.

Q: What medical documents require notarization?

Common medical documents include medical power of attorney, HIPAA release forms, consent forms, and advance healthcare directives.

Q: Can you notarize estate planning documents?

Yes! I notarize wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents, working with attorneys and individuals.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments (such as Zelle or PayPal).

Q: Can you notarize documents for someone who doesn’t speak English?

Yes, but they must have a qualified interpreter present or notify me that translation services are needed which may be provided for an additional fee.

Q: Can you notarize a document if the signer doesn’t have an ID?

If the signer lacks an ID, they may provide two credible witnesses who can verify their identity.
